PA1-4277 detects alpha- and beta-PUMA from human samples. PA1-4277 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot this antibody recognizes both forms of the PUMA protein found at ~20 kDa and ~36 kDa in transfected U20S cells. PA1-4277 immunizing peptide corresponds to amino acid residues E(101) Q H L E S P V P S A P G A L A G(117) of the human PUMA-a form of the PUMA protein.
