Protein Quant Sample Lysis Kit, 25 mL

The Protein Quant Sample Lysis Kit contains the reagents required for the preparation of target and control cell lysates for use with TaqMan™ Protein Assay experiments. It contains a one-step lysis solution for preparing crude cell lysates from cultured cells, and the lysates are compatible with cell counting as well as total protein quant measurements such as a microBCA assay. The Protein Quant Sample Lysis Kit contains a buffered nonionic detergent solution for the gentle lysis of adherent and non-adherent cultured cells under non-denaturing conditions
