PrepSEQ Lysis Buffer is a component of the PrepSEQ Express Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit, offered separately here for those kit users who do large-quantity nucleic acid extractions and would benefit from additional lysis buffer.

This PrepSEQ Lysis Buffer is used in the large-scale protocol of the PrepSEQ Express Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit (Cat. No. 4466351). It is not necessary for the standard protocol (sufficient lysis buffer is included in the kit's lysis tubes). As with other products in the Pharma Analytics Sample Preparation product line, PrepSEQ Lysis Buffer:
