Description
Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human MCF-7 whole cell, human HepG2 whole cell, human Hela whole cell, human HCCT tissue, rat liver tissue, rat RH35 whole cell, mouse liver tissue. IHC: human adenocarcinoma of lung tissue, human ovarian carcinoma tissue. ICC/IF: MCF-7 cell. Flow: JK cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
PMPCB is a member of the peptidase M16 family and encodes a protein with a zinc-binding motif. This protein is located in the mitochondrial matrix and catalyzes the cleavage of the leader peptides of precursor proteins newly imported into the mitochondria, though it only functions as part of a heterodimeric complex.
