Thermo Scientific PikoReal 24 Validation Plate is designed to verify the performance of the Thermo Scientific PikoReal 24 RealTime PCR System.
The Validation Plate is a pre-loaded and sealed 24-well plate. Each well contains 20μl of reaction mixture with the same quantity of Lambda DNA template in each reaction. The qPCR mixture of the PikoReal 24 Validation Plate is green to visualize the reaction mixture in each well and evaluate equal volumes in each well before and after cycling.
