DescriptionPhusion High-Fidelity PCR Master Mix with HF Buffer and Phusion High-Fidelity PCR Master Mix with GC Buffer are convenient 2x mixes containing Phusion DNA Polymerase, nucleotides and optimized HF or GC reaction buffer including MgCl2. Only template and primers need to be added by the user.

2x Phusion High-Fidelity PCR Master Mix with HF Buffer contains Phusion DNA Polymerase, 2x Phusion HF Buffer and 400μM of each dNTP. The master mix supplies 1.5 mM MgCl2 and 200μM dNTP in final reaction concentration. A separate tube of DMSO is provided with the product. 2x Phusion High-Fidelity PCR Master Mix with GC Buffer contains Phusion DNA Polymerase, 2x Phusion GC Buffer and 400μM of each dNTP. The master mix supplies 1.5 mM MgCl2 and 200μM dNTP in final reaction concentration. A separate tube of DMSO is provided with the product.
