Invitrogen™ Phospho-STMN2 (Ser73) Polyclonal Antibody

Description
Phospho-STMN2 (Ser73) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of STMN2 only when phosphorylated at Ser73.
STMN2, also known as SCG-10, is a neuronal growth-associated protein that shares significant amino acid sequence similarity with the phosphoprotein stathmin. STMN2 may play a role in neuronal differentiation, and in modulating membrane interaction with the cytoskeleton during neurite outgrowth. Reductions in the expression of this gene have been associated with Down's syndrome and Alzheimer's disease.
