Reagent kit for the quantitative determination of the phagocytic activity of monocytes and granulocytes in heparinized human whole blood.

• This reagent kit faciltates the quantitative determination of leukocyte phagocytosis in heparinized whole blood.
• It contains fluorescein (FITC)-labelled opsonized E.coli bacteria and necessary reagents.
• It measures the overall percentage of monocytes and granulocytes showing phagocytosis in general (ingestion of one or more bacteria per cell) and the individual cellular phagocytic activity number of bacteria per cell.
• Provides accurate quantitative analysis suitable for qualitiy comparisons.
