Description

The PathHunter™ U2OS RANK NF-kB Pathway Reporter Cell Line measures RANK NF-kB pathway activation through detection of induced expression levels of a tagged reporter protein. This cell line ships as two vials of cryopreserved cells.

The PathHunter™ U2OS RANK NF-kB Pathway Reporter Cell Line is a stable, engineered cell line for use in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) affecting the RANK NF-kB pathway. This cell line enables assessment of RANK NF-kB pathway stimulation based on changes in the expression of a RANK NF-kB response element-driven reporter protein. This product uses EFC technology. The included cell line expresses PL-tagged reporter protein under the control of a RANK NF-kB pathway-inducible transcriptional response element. Pathway activation induces expression of the PL-tagged protein, allowing detection of EFC signal upon addition of EA-containing detection reagent. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells.
