- One precision-bore borosilicate glass column
- Either one PTFE fixed endpiece and one adjustable endpiece with 25μm PE frits or two PTFE fixed endpieces with 25μm PE frits
- Two 1/4 in.-28 UNF endcaps to connect straight into the colored cap on column end
Fittings Kit Includes
- One 2m x 1/16 in. O.D. PTFE tubing with 1/4 in.-28 UNF fitting
- One 0.5m x 1/16 in. O.D. PTFE tubing with 1/4 in.-28 UNF fitting
- Two M6 endcaps so column can be easily used in an M6 fitting system
Frit Kit
- Two 25μm PTFE frits
- Two 10μm PTFE frits
- Two 10μm PE frits
Requires
Replacement glass columns, fixed and adjustable endpieces, frits, and O-rings are available separately; accessories such as frit insertion and removal tools, packing sleeves, column jackets, silicone seals, septum injectors, and bleed valves are also available separately—contact your Fisher Scientific Customer Service Representative for details.

- Choice of columns with fixed or adjustable height; columns with an adjustable endpiece have a maximum height of 80mm (designed with fine adjustment control to minimize the risk of disturbing the packed bed)
- For a solvent-resistant system able to withstand the harshest laboratory chemicals, simply replace the 25μm polyethylene frit in each endpiece with the PTFE frit in the included frit kit
Columns with 3.0mm I.D. (bore size) are only available with fixed endpieces on both ends and do not include frit kits.
