Description

Microcentrifuge columns with a light green band for use with the NucleoSpin™ Microbial DNA kit. Tube is loaded with 500-600 μL lysed sample and purified genomic DNA is isolated using silica membrane technology.

The NucleoSpin™ Microbial DNA kit is designed for convenient, fast, and easy isolation of genomic DNA from microbial samples. Because microbial samples can be difficult to lyse (due to their strong complex cell wall structures), the kit replaces enzymatic lysis with mechanical disruption of cell wall structures utilizing NucleoSpin™ Bead Tubes.

  • Suitable for a large variety of starting materials
