Description

Kit for reliable isolation of DNA from microorganisms (e.g. yeast, fungi, and gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria), with lysis that is supported by mechanical disruption with glass beads (tubes included).

The NucleoSpin™ Microbial DNA kit is designed for convenient, fast, and easy isolation of genomic DNA from microbial samples. Because microbial samples can be difficult to lyse (due to their strong complex cell wall structures), the kit replaces enzymatic lysis with mechanical disruption of cell wall structures utilizing NucleoSpin™ Bead Tubes.
