Description

Designed for manual or automated purification of high-copy plasmid DNA from E.coli. Macherey-Nagel™ NucleoSpin™ 8 Pasmid Kit is an easy-to-use kit that supplies all core and accessory strips, buffers and RNase A for maximum convenience. The 8-well strip format is ideal for varying throughput.

NucleoSpin™ 8 Pasmid kits enable variable-throughput isolation of sequencing-grade plasmid DNA from E. coli. The flexible 8-well strip format allows for automation on common liquid handling instruments or for manual processing without time-consuming centrifugation.

Up to 8 samples per strip can be parallel-processed simultaneously, typically within less than 45 minutes. Uses include isolation of high-copy plasmids, purification of cosmids and reliable downstream applications, such as cloning, sequencing, PCR, transformation, and restriction analysis.
