Designed for the rapid manual purification of nucleic acids using NucleoMag™ kits. SEP units are available in several configurations: SEP 24 (1 x 24-well plate), SEP Mini (12 x 1.5/2.0 mL reaction tubes) and SEP Maxi (4 x 50 mL tubes).

  • NucleoMag™ kits are based on magnetic-bead technology and allow rapid simultaneous purification of high-quality nucleic acids
  • NucleoMag™ Beads are attracted to the magnet in the separator, which allows removal of the wash buffer or recovery of the elution buffer containing purified DNA
  • Consists of a polytetrafluorethylen (PTFE) base and magnetic pins
  • Resistant to diluted acetic acid, ethanol, guanidine-HCl, NaCl, NaOH, and SDS
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to chemicals; do not autoclave
