Description

Buffer set for the isolation of endotoxin-free low-copy plasmids, BACs, PACs, and P1 constructs; only applicable with NucleoBond Xtra EF kits; sufficient for 12 Xtra Maxi preps or 18 Xtra Midi preps.

NucleoBond™ Xtra EF s a new generation of anion exchangers for isolation of endotoxin-free, low-copy plasmids, cosmids, BACs, PACs and P1 constructs. It features ultra-fast filtration and high yield, with a patented endotoxin removal process that required no extra ice incubation.

  • NucleoBond™ Xtra EF kits include resuspension, cell lysis and neutralization buffers, plus DNase-free RNase
  • When a larger amount of low-copy plasmid is required, larger culture volumes can be prepared using additional buffer volumes
  • Buffer Set I provides 150 mL of buffers RES-EF, LYS-EF, NEU-EF and RNase A for use only with NucleoBond™ Xtra EF Kits
