Description

Provides additional buffer for use when larger culture volumes are needed. Macherey-Nagel™ NucleoBond™ Xtra Buffer Set I includes 150mL of buffers RES, LYS, NEU, and RNase A, sufficient for 10 Xtra Maxi preps or 20 Xtra Midi preps.

NucleoBond™ Xtra is a new generation of anion exchangers featuring fast filtration, high binding capacity and high flow rate. They yield ultra-pure plasmid DNA in about half the time compared with other Midi or Maxi kits based on anion-exchange chromatography.

  • NucleoBond™ Xtra kits include resuspension, cell lysis and neutralization buffers, plus DNase-free RNase
  • Some applications (e.g. low-copy vector purification) require a larger culture volume, which necessitates a corresponding increase in buffer volumes 
  • Buffer Set I provides 150mL of buffers RES, LYS, NEU and RNase A for use only with NucleoBond™ Xtra Kits
