1st generation anion exchange technology for large construct plasmid DNA

NucleoBond™ kits utilize anion-exchange chromatography with optimized lysis buffer volumes for plasmid DNA purification. The BAC 100 kit is designed for the isolation of low-copy plasmids from large bacterial cultures, and can accommodate constructs up to 300 kpb.

• Folded Filters are included for gentle lysate clarification without shearing of large constructs
• Contains sufficient buffer to perform 10 maxi preps, with typical yields of 10–100μg of plasmid DNA from E. coli culture
• Columns are resistant to organic solvents and are free of DNase and RNase
• AX Resin can be used over a wide pH range (2.5–8.5) and can remain in contact with buffers for up to three hours
