Binding Buffer NTC to be used with NucleoSpin Gel and PCR Clean‐up kit; for clean up of single stranded DNA

NucleoSpin™ Gel and PCR Clean-Up is a two-in-one kit with optimized recovery and elution volume for both PCR purification and gel extraction. The protocol ensures complete removal of contaminations for use in downstream applications, such as cloning, sequencing, PCR and restriction analysis.

Binding Buffer NTC is a supplemental buffer that obtains higher yields for small fragments compared to Buffer NTI, which is included in the kit. Generally, 200 μL Buffer NTC is mixed with 100 μL sample or 100 mg agarose gel <2%. (Use 400 μL NTC for 100 mg agarose gel >2%.)

Applications:

• Clean-up/purification of short, single-stranded DNA
• Extract small, single-stranded RNA from agarose gels
• Achieve full recovery of fragments <50bp, even primer oligonucleotides
