Description

Wash Buffer NT3 Concentrate, for preparation of Buffer NT3 to be used with NucleoSpin Gel and PCR Clean‐up kits, NucleoSpin Gel and PCR Clean Midi / Maxi kits, NucleoTrap, or NucleoTraPCR kits.

Washing buffer is used to remove contamination from DNA that has been bound to the column membrane matrix during DNA purification and isolation. This wash buffer is available in a convenient concentrated form. The wash buffer solution should be prepared before initiating the DNA isolation protocol.

  • For use with Macherey-Nagel™ DNA isolation/purification systems, including NucleoTrap™ and NucleoSpin™ kits
  • To prepare the wash buffer, add four parts ethanol to 1 part wash buffer concentrate
  • (20 mL concentrate=100 mL solution)
