Description

This product has been tested by SDS-PAGE and is ideal for blocking procedures such as Western Blotting, ELISA and immunochemistry to prevent nonspecific binding. Use in Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin reported in scientific literature (PMID: 26004262)

  • Lyophilized white powder or clear liquid.
  • Goat Serum blocking reagent/NGS was prepared from normal serum by multi-step process which includes delipidation, selective precipitation
  • Buffer: 0.02M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15M Sodium Chloride, pH: 7.2 and 0.01% (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate
  • 0.01% Sodium Azide as preservative
  • Restore with deionized water (or equivalent)
