Novex™ AP Chemiluminescent Substrate Enhancer (Nitro Block II™)

The Novex™ AP Chemiluminescent Substrate Enhancer consists of a 20X solution of Nitro-Block-II™ intended for use in conjunction with Novex™ AP Chemiluminescent Substrate to increase the intensity of chemiluminescent signals when probing blots on nitrocellulose membranes. The enhancer produces a hydrophobic environment on the membrane which increases signal intensity and allows shorter exposure times for signal acquisition.
