Modular, easy-to-use optical imaging system for in vivo plant analysis and luminescence and fluorescence monitoring.

  • Back-illuminated (backlit) CCD camera with high quantum efficiency across the visible to near-infrared range
  • Cooling up to -100°C (delta) to reduce background and improve sensitivity during long exposure times
  • Camera mounting options: top view or lateral (side view)
  • Side view supports imaging of upright seedlings in natural vertical orientation
  • Temperature-controlled base plate adjustable from 15 to 30°C
  • Two LED panels with four colors each
  • Individual control of LED intensity and duration for daylight simulation with spectral and intensity gradients
  • Compatible with external environmental chambers for humidity control
  • Light-tight ports for light guides, cables, or tubing
  • Multiple sample table options available
  • Turntable option for unattended processing of multiple samples
  • Anti-condensation table for up to 9 Petri dishes with temperature control and circular airflow to prevent lid condensation
