Neon™ Transfection System 100 μL Kit

The Neon™ Transfection System 100 μL Kit is designed specifically for use with the MPK5000. Use this kit for transfection volumes of 100 μL, containing 5 × 10⁵–2 × 10⁶ adherent cells or 1 × 10⁶–5 × 10⁶ suspension cells. Cells that have been transfected using the included 100μL Neon™ Tips are then ready to be washed and plated into a 6-well, 60 mm, or 10 cm culture dish, depending on your protocol.
