Description

The Neon NxT Electroporation System 100-μL Kit is designed specifically for use with the Neon NxT Electroporation System.

The Neon NxT Electroporation System 100-μL Kit with 1-Channel Tubes is designed specifically for use with the Neon NxT Electroporation System (Cat. Nos. NEON1S, NEON1SK, NEON18S, NEON18SK). Use this kit for transfection volumes of 100 μL, containing 5 x 10⁵–2 x 10⁶ adherent cells or 1 x 10⁶–5 x 10⁶ suspension cells. Cells that have been transfected using the included 100-μL Neon NxT tips are then ready to be washed and plated into a multi-well culture dish.
