• Higher specific gravity than water so it stays submerged in a water bath and won't float.

Which Unwire racks are autoclavable?

Any of our ResMer polyketone test tube racks can be autoclaved, by our standard validated parameters (121 degrees Celsius at 15 psig for 20 minutes). Due to their molded structure, our polypropylene Unwire racks (unlike our other polyproylene labware products) cannot be autoclaved.
