RapidPURE™ Plasmid Mini Kit for use in routine molecular biology applications such as fluorescent and radioactive sequencing and cloning.

  • The Kit is designed to isolate up to 20 μg of plasmid DNA from 1.5 mL of an overnight bacterial culture.
  • All steps can be carried out in either a microcentrifuge or vacuum manifold.
