Measure levels of mouse tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFa) in mouse serum and cell culture supernatant samples using 96-well plates.

Assay TNFα (mouse tumor necrosis factor alpha) levels in mouse serum and culture supernatant samples with our Thermo Scientific™ Mouse TNF alpha ELISA Kits.

These mouse TNF alpha ELISA kits use pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to achieve sensitive and accurate measurement of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha, TNFα) in samples at 50 to 100μL per well. Also included are calibrated recombinant protein standard, streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate solution and stop solution. The complete kits contain precoated 96-well strip plate(s) and lot-optimized reagents. The antibody-pair kit consists of the matched TNFα antibody pairs and TNFα standard only. All components undergo quality control testing to minimize lot-to-lot variability.
