R&D Systems™ Mouse Nectin-1 (NP_067399) VersaClone cDNA is a Ca2+ -independent cell-cell adhesion molecule that belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily.

The Mouse Nectin-1 (NP_067399) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for Nectin-1/PVRL1, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The Nectin-1/PVRL1 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
