Description

Measure levels of mouse monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP1) in mouse serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant samples using 96-well plates.

Assay MCP-1 (mouse monocyte chemoattractant protein-1) levels in mouse serum, plasma (EDTA, heparin, sodium citrate) and culture supernatant samples with our Thermo Scientific™ Mouse MCP-1 ELISA Kits.

These mouse MCP-1 ELISA kits use pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to achieve sensitive and accurate measurement of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) in samples at 50 to 100μL per well. Also included are calibrated recombinant protein standard, streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate solution and stop solution. The complete kits contain pre-coated 96-well strip plate(s) and lot-optimized reagents. The economically-priced reagent kit provides validated reagents only, requiring users to coat their own plates. All components undergo quality control testing to minimize lot-to-lot variability.
