Measure levels of mouse interleukin-2 in mouse serum and cell culture supernatant samples using 96-well plates.

Assay IL-2 (mouse interleukin-2) levels in mouse serum and culture supernatant samples with our Thermo Scientific™ Mouse IL-2 ELISA Kits.

These mouse IL-2 ELISA kits use pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to achieve sensitive and accurate measurement of interleukin-2 (IL-2) in samples at 50 to 100μL per well. Also included are calibrated recombinant protein standard, TMB substrate solution and stop solution. The complete kits contain pre-coated 96-well strip plate(s) and lot-optimized reagents. The antibody-pair kit consists of the matched IL-2 antibody pairs and IL-2 standard only. All components undergo quality control testing to minimize lot-to-lot variability.
