Measure levels of mouse interleukin-1 alpha (IL-1a) in mouse serum, plasma (EDTA, heparin, sodium citrate) and culture supernatant samples using 96-well plates.

Assay IL-1aα (mouse interleukin-1 alpha) levels in mouse serum, plasma (EDTA, heparin, sodium citrate)and culture supernatant samples with our Thermo Scientific Mouse IL-1 alpha ELISA Kits.

These mouse IL-1 alpha ELISA kits use pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to achieve sensitive and accurate measurement of interleukin-1 alpha (IL-1α) in samples at 50 per well. Also included are calibrated recombinant protein standard, streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate solution and stop solution. The complete kits contain precoated 96-well strip plate(s) and lot-optimized reagents. All components undergo quality control testing to minimize lot-to-lot variability.
