Description

A dual purpose sampling device designed to provide the means of in-situ FTIR monolayer investigation of films at an ir or liquid interface and grazing incidence angle measurements of thin film coatings on solid reflective surfaces. Trough volume of 8.9ml and built in Polarizer mount with liquid film compression/expansion capability. Can be used in FTIR instruments.
