Mono-Poly™ Resolving Medium separates mononuclear and polymorphonuclear leukocytes from whole human blood in two distinct bands.

Mono-Poly is highly versatile and can be used for a variety of research and clinical applications such as histocompatibility testing, lymphocyte studies, in vitro cell mediated immunity assays, or any procedure requiring pure white blood cell preparation

Product provides:

  • Separation of mononuclear and polymorphonuclear leukocytes in two distinct bands
