Description

RPI media is now available in convenient premeasured and pre-mixed capsules.

RPI media is now available in convenient premeasured and pre-mixed capsules. Prebuffered media eliminates pH adjustments. Capsules contain all necessary ingredients for maintenance and propagation of E. coli.

Simply add 2 x 500 mL capsules to one liter of water, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes at 121°C. Supplied as 40 gm capsule.

Final Solution Contains:

Tryptone: 10 g/l

Yeast Extract: 5 g/l

Sodium Choride: 10 g/l

Agar: 15 g/l

Tris/Tris HCL: 1.5 g/l
