For fast and reliable screening of cell culture supernatants. Microsart™ Research Mycoplasma Real-Time PCR Kit is used for direct detection of Mollicutes in cell culture, media components, and derived biologicals.

  • Enables fast and reliable detection of Mycoplasma DNA in cell culture supernatants
  • Detects 16 S rRNA gene of at least 110 Mycoplasma species
  • Time: Three hours
  • Sample can be added directly to PCR reaction tube
  • TaqMan™ real-time qPCR based chemistry
  • Sample volume: 200μL
