Megaplex™ RT Primers, Rodent Pool Set v3.0

Designed to streamline experimental workflows, Megaplex™ RT Primers provide a single reaction solution when preparing cDNA for real-time PCR analysis on a TaqMan™ Array MicroRNA Card. The Rodent Pool Set v3.0 contains two Megaplex™ RT Primer Pools, Pools A and B. Collectively the pools cover 641 and 373 unique microRNAs for mouse and rat respectively. Each pool also contains 4 species specific controls. The microRNA targets represented in Rodent Pool A tend be better characterized, more broadly expressed and⁄or expressed at a higher level when compared to the Rodent Pool B while the microRNA targets represented in Rodent Pool B tend to be less well characterized, more narrowly expressed and⁄or expressed at a lower level compared to the Rodent Pool A. Rodent Pools A and B are intended for use with the TaqMan™ Rodent MicroRNA Array Set v3.0, however, it can also be used to prepare cDNA for real-time analysis using the individual TaqMan™ MicroRNA Assays.
