MAP 2a,b,c (Microtubule-Associated Protein) Ab-3 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody, Epredia™
Ensure accurate, reproducible results in immunohistochemistry experiments with the Epredia™ MAP 2a,b,c (Microtubule-Associated Protein) Ab-3, Mouse Monoclonal Antibody.
Brand: Epredia MS-250-PABX
Description
Microtubule Associated Protein 2 exists in two high molecular weight forms (2a & 2b) and a low molecular weight form. The expression of MAP2 is developmentally regulated and its multiple forms arise by alternative splicing of a single gene. Ab-3 is specific to phosphprylated form of MAP2a,b,c and shows no cross-reaction with other MAPs, tau, and tubulin. Ab-3 reacts with dendrites and cell bodies of neurons. It is useful in studies of neuron structure in normal and malignant brain tissue and in Alzheimer's.Host Species: Mouse
Clone: AP18
