Description
For reconstitution, add sterile, distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of 1 mg/mL. Gently shake to solubilize the protein completely. Do not vortex. Reconstituted products should be stored at -80 °.
Magrolimab is an anti-CD47 monoclonal antibody designed to promote the phagocytosis of cancer cells by macrophages. Magrolimab is an anti-CD47 monoclonal antibody. Its purpose is to interfere with the recognition of CD47 by SIRPalpha receptors on macrophages, thereby blocking the self-protection signal used by cancer cells to avoid phagocytosis by macrophages.
