MagBeads FastDNA Kit for Soil - Quick Isolation of genomic DNA from soil using magnetic beads technology.

  • The MagBeads FastDNA™ Kit for Soil allows quick and efficient isolation of high-quality genomic DNA from soil in less than 60 mins
  • Samples are placed into Lysing Matrix E tubes and used with FastPrep™ Instruments from MP Biomedicals to effectively lyse within 40 seconds:
    • Host cells
    • Bacteria
    • Fungi
    • Viruses
    • Protists
    • Other cells present in soil samples
  • The kit is also compatible with most of the automated nucleic acid extraction instruments on the market or it can be operated manually. It consists of specially formulated reagents to eliminate:
