The NucleoSpin™ 8 RNA Blood kit offers a direct total blood lysis from up to 400 μL whole blood collected in standard blood collection tubes and prevents RNA degradation during the isolation procedure.

  • For use with NucleoSpin™ 8 RNA Blood kit
  • Solution containing large amounts of chaotropic ions
  • Along with Buffer RB4, creates binding conditions for adsorption of RNA to the silica membrane
  • Selective erythrocyte lysis and preparation of a leukocyte pellet is not necessary
