Three-piece flasks for freeze drying samples. Provides a high-vacuum seal for efficient lyophilization.

Select your Lyph-Lock Flasks based on your sample sizes. Flasks should be filled to no more than one-third of their volume so that maximum surface area is achieved and efficient lyophilization is ensured.

• Flexible, silicone rubber seal grasps top and bottom and holds them securely together during pre-freezing and lyophilization
• A complete Lyph-Lock Flask includes a glass top and bottom and a rubber ring seal
• Top and bottom are high-strength borosilicate glass
• Seal is a flexibile, non-contaminating silicone rubber
• Tops, bottoms and seals are available separately as replacement components
• Adapters are required to attach flasks to freeze dry valve ports (sold separately)
• Borosilicate glass has maximum temperature is 490° C and silicone maximum temperature is 450° C
• Flat bottom reduces spills and provides better balance
• Compatible with all major brands of laboratory freeze dryers
• Entire flask may be autoclaved
