Description

For use with the AKTA start automated protein purification system. The manual injection valve is a 6-port rotary valve that is manually operated to transfer the preloaded sample onto the column. The sample loop (for the injection of small sample volumes [25μL to 5mL], or a Superloop injection loop for larger sample volumes [10 to 150mL]), can easily be connected to the appropriate ports of the valve.
