LanthaScreen™ Tb-pMAP2K1 (pSer217/221) Antibody Kit

A member of the MAP Kinase family, MAP2K1 (mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 1) is phosphorylated at Ser217/221 by a range of MAPK family members including Raf and B-Raf. For use in combination with the Fluorescein-MAP2K1 physiological protein substrate (PV4812) to evaluate inhibitors in medium to high throughput screening applications.
