  • Tb-labeled species-specific secondary antibodies are available within the LanthaScreen™ Toolbox of assay reagents to facilitate in-house assay development around multiple target classes and assay formats
  • Tb-labeled secondary antibodies bind to their corresponding species IgG with low nanomolar apparent Kd's, and show negligible cross reactivity with IgG's from other species
  • Each Tb-labeled anti-species antibody is provided with a corresponding fluorescein-labeled IgG as a positive control
  • In a kinase assay utilizing the Tb-labeled antibody generic reagent, anti-phosphopeptide primary antibody is not labeled
  • The detection step is performed by the addition of the Tb-labeled secondary antibody
  • This approach can be applied to other target classes and assay formats
