- The LanthaScreen™ Tb-anti-Histone H3K4me2 antibody is a key component of the BacMam Histone H3K4me2 Cellullar Assay (A14164)
- When this terbium (Tb)- labeled antibody is paired with baculovirus-mediated (BacMam) expression of a Histone H3-GFP fusion protein, the TR-FRET readout enables sensitive detection of H3 lysine 4 dimethylation
- The resulting high-throughput screening (HTS) compatible assay can be used to identify inhibitors of methyltransferases and demethylases acting on lysine 4 of histone H3 in the cell type of your choice
- For research use only
