5mL Dynabeads Pan Mouse IgG coated with monoclonal human anti-mouse IgG. The monoclonal antibody is unique Fc-specific human anti-mouse IgG4, and it shown no cross reactivity to human, rat, hamster, goat, rabbit and guinea pig IgG.

Dynabeads Pan Mouse IgG binds monoclonal mouse IgGs of your choice for specific cell isolation or depletion.

Dynabeads Pan Mouse IgG binds monoclonal mouse IgGs of your choice for specific cell isolation or depletion. It will bind all subclasses of mouse IgG and is Fc specific. Low amount of IgG is required for binding. All cells from all species except from mouse can be isolated with this product, depending only on the specific antibody of choice.

  • Depletion—cells can be depleted from a sample
  • Positive isolation—cells can be positively isolated from a sample for molecular applications
  • Negative isolation—cells can be negatively isolated from a PBMC sample by adding an antibody cocktail of mouse IgGs towards the unwanted cells. Compatible with flow cytometry.

Note:

For cellular assays we recommend positive isolation followed by release of beads from the cells. Recommended product for bead-free cells: Dynal CELLection Pan Mouse IgG (Cat. No. 115-31D) in combination with your mouse IgG.

Starting samples:

Whole blood, PBMC, buffy coat, tissue digests.
