Description

Invitrogen™ SuperFi™ Buffer is a 5X buffer solution optimized for use with Invitrogen™ Platinum™ SuperFi DNA Polymerase. The buffer contains 7.5 mM MgCl₂ which provides 1.5 mM MgCl₂ in the final reaction.

For direct loading of PCR products on gels, use SuperFi™ Green Buffer (Cat. No. 12356005) which includes a density reagent and two electrophoresis tracking dyes. The colored buffer does not interfere with the enzyme performance and is compatible with downstream applications such as DNA sequencing, ligation, and restriction digestion.
