Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (61%), Rat (61%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-54891 (PA5-54891. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
ZNF48, also named as zinc finger protein 48, is 618 amino acid protein, which contains twelves C2H2-type zinc fingers and belongs to the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. ZNF48 localizes in the nucleus and may be involves in transcription regulation.
