Invitrogen™ Human ZNF230 (aa 78-167) Control Fragment Recombinant Protein
Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (29%), Rat (29%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-64906 (PA5-64906. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
ZNF230 is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription factor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. This gene is predicted to be active in the nucleus and is predicted to be involved in regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. ZN230 may be involved in transcriptional regulation.
