Invitrogen™ Human VEZF1 (aa 368-507) Control Fragment Recombinant Protein
Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (99%), Rat (99%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-55645 (PA5-55645. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
VEZF1 is a possible transcription factor. It specifically binds to the CT/GC-rich region of the interleukin-3 promoter and mediates tax transactivation of IL-3.Transcriptional regulatory proteins containing tandemly repeated zinc finger domains are thought to be involved in both normal and abnormal cellular proliferation and differentiation. ZNF161 is a C2H2-type zinc finger protein. See MIM 603971 for general information on zinc finger proteins.[supplied by OMIM].
